FROM MYTH TO CREATION

After many years of studying, dancing, creating and exploring different artistic worlds, I have finally brought together many of the things that have inspired me throughout my journey to create something very special.

It is a research and creative project born from years of personal exploration into dance, mythology, feminine archetypes, symbolism, philosophy and performance.

A space where all these worlds come together through the body, imagination and artistic expression.

A place to move beyond choreography and discover what happens when movement begins to carry intention, emotion, character and meaning.

Each month, a new door opens into a different world.

THE LABORATORY

​

Each month, we step into a different universe inspired by ancient myths and archetypes.

Through improvisation, musicality, imagery, character work and guided practices, we explore different qualities and discover how they can be embodied and expressed through the body.

The work is physical, but it goes beyond the physical.

It is an invitation to explore presence, imagination, and the relationship between what we feel, what we embody and what we communicate.

It is not about becoming someone else.

We use myth and archetype as mirrors, allowing them to awaken something within us, raise new questions, or simply offer a different way of seeing ourselves.

FROM RESEARCH TO CREATION

​

The Lab grows from one month to the next.

Each session is a complete experience in itself, while also becoming part of a wider creative journey.

As the months unfold, ideas, images, characters and physical material will begin to emerge. Some will remain part of the personal exploration; others will gradually take shape and become part of the stage creation.

The journey will culminate in a dance-theatre creation.

Taking part in the final stage performance is entirely optional. The laboratory can also be experienced as a space for research, experimentation and artistic growth, without the need to take part in the final production.

WHO IS IT FOR?

It is open to dancers, performers and curious minds.

An invitation to come with a willingness to explore from within, open yourself to self-discovery and fully engage with the experience.

You do not need to arrive with all the answers. Only an openness to the process and a willingness to look beneath the surface and allow the creative journey to unfold.
